How we can work together

As well as 1:1 Vocal Psychotherapy sessions I facilitate one off workshops or you can join one of our group processes which meet weekly for eight weeks.

Find Your Voice

£30 pp

Meet with a group of interested people for an introductory workshop. I will guide you to connect with your body and voice, through breath, movement and group vocalising.

Gentle exercises and group processes are an introduction to the power of your voice. There is no need to have any previous experience of singing and you will not be asked to sing on your own.

Uniquely You

Starting: £75, min sign-up of 8 weeks.

We will meet weekly to support your personal growth and work towards your individual goals.

With support from the therapist and music you will explore using your voice and breath to sound and express yourself in the journey towards personal growth.

1:1 Vocal Psychotherapy is depth psychological work and should be treated as an ongoing therapeutic process.

Own Your Truth (group process)

£300 pp

This eight week process combines elements of vocal work, movement, meditation, and creative expression, which support a holistic experience.

By the end of the process, you should expect to feel more connected to yourself, your authentic voice and the world around you. Confidence to use and explore your voices as well as embodiment will have developed.
